This is what we do when mom's not watching

Six months already

My goodness I've been a slacker lately. Taylor is growing and growing like a weed. Today we practiced crawling. This is what we do when mom isn't watching. She's getting pretty good at it and is a good sport even though she never gets to hold what she's trying to catch. Sometimes she looks at me and sighs because she has to take another scoot forward and I just keep moving farther away.
And then when we're done, we're so worn out that we have to take a little catnap to rest up for the next go round. Yes that is a rubberband in her hair, she has beautiful long locks that we comb and glue into place, and she has a Go Aggies! bracelet on her arm. Isn't she a doll?

Taylor's First Days

So, by now everybody knows that I'm obsessed with my new grand daughter, Taylor Rose, she may be a rose, but she's the apple of my eye. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. I think the shock of our noisy family was a bit much for her, it's pretty quiet where she comes from, but she seems to be adjusting.
Mom and dad are doing just fine, a little shell shocked at this time, but they'll adjust to that too. Sweet kids, they picked an angel.
